For nearly 20 years, Étude Saint-André Immobilier has held a major place in the sector of exceptional properties in Charente. When they launched their agency in February 2008, the two partners Valérie and Arnaud Potel, who are also brother and sister, arrived with the desire to innovate, to create a new concept: "At the time, we were the 117th agency to set up in the sector. We had to stand out from the start. We were passionate about old stones and exceptional architecture. We have specialised in this niche to distinguish our activity and our service offer".

In 2013, Vincent Bouyer joined the company. Faced with growing demand, he took charge of the rental sector: "He has the experience and the vision it takes to manage this field. It carries out a rigorous selection of potential candidates.

In recent years, the growth of the structure has accelerated. Mireille Jenssonnie as a sales representative, then in February 2021, Sandrine Catinaud-Chouilly joined the sales team, Auriane Sibiak in October 2021... This development also allows the firm to shine throughout the country: "We wanted to better distribute the sector, to be as close as possible to our customers. Today we have
a stable and efficient team that allows us to sustain ourselves in Greater Angoulême, but also to redeploy our forces in Grande-Champagne and Cognac... be present throughout the country".

Thus, the teams regularly work with foreign customers, a clientele that represents 40% of the acquiring customer portfolio.
